Fees Guide

I value transparency with my patients, whether it be in the consultation room or with administrative matters such as fees. My practice involves mixed-billing fees, meaning that an out-of-pocket fee (or gap payment) applies to my services.

Currently, fees are being revised due to Medicare changes effective from July 2026. This space will be updated with a new fees guide once fee revision is finalised.

For the time being, if you have any questions about the fees associated with a consultation or a procedure, please call reception to confirm.

Please note - for procedures such as iron infusions, Implanons and skin procedures, a consult is required beforehand to assess your needs, obtain consent and ensure that it is safe for you prior to the procedure being scheduled and booked.

  • Bulk-billing is available for the following patient groups during weekday consults:

    • Children/Adolescents aged 18 and under

    • Pensioner Concession Card Holder

    Please note, bulk-billing is not available to Health Care Card Holders

  • All patients attending for a consultation will be private-billed as per the guide above on a weekend.

    This includes those who would otherwise be bulk-billed on a weekday (i.e. Children 18 and under, and Pension Card Holders)

  • The fees are determined by the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA), not by myself as a practitioner.

    Worker’s Compensation consult fees are first paid upfront by the patient, then invoiced and refunded by your insuring company. It is your duty to ensure that the refund is returned back to you.

    The initial fee for a Worker’s Compensation Consult varies depending on the complexity of your case; the range is from $170 to $263 for the first consult.

  • Given the variety of skin-related conditions and procedures, fees will vary.

    A $115 out of pocket (gap) will apply for excisions, however your total fee payable (and hence rebate) will vary depending on diagnosis.
